Tuna & Veggie Salad




Ingredients:

  • 1 medium red pepper,cut in cubes 
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, cut in cubes
  • 1 medium tomato, cut in cubes
  • slices of cucumber cut in cubes, quantity as desired
  • 3 Portabella mushrooms, small slices
  • 1 can Clover Leaf garlic and hot pepper tuna
  • Diane barbecue sauce
  • salt
Instructions:

In a bowl, add veggies, tuna, salt. Mix together with a fork and add about 2 tbsp of barbecue sauce. Enjoy this meal, without guilt, 'cause it's healthy!

Side notes: you can eat this with any kind of tuna flavor, or if you only have regular tuna, and some garlic add hot sauce to the salad to spice up the flavor. Green onions are good, too!
