What is this blog?

I had no clue what to write in the introduction. This blog is definitely about weight loss, healthy life and plans for the future. But what exactly was I supposed to tell you about it? So, I decided to say this:


My life with extra pounds needs to end. The overeating of fatty foods has to stop. I am 25, and even though I have always been into physical activity - I did competitive gymnastics when I was younger, I did wrestling for about a year, ballet for about two years and gym for many years on and off - I can never stick to it to the point that my body changes. But I am sick of this. I am sick of not being able to put my all into it. And hey, it's not that I have to lose much (about 20 pounds), but it's about later. Soon I will have kids. All this will become even harder for me. I will have no time, I will have no energy nor will power. My body will be aging, and not necessarily because of wrinkles, but because of lack of exercise. I want to change my life. And once I do that, I want to start changing others', starting with my mom.


I invite you to follow me on this journey. I know some of you may be on this path, and if you are, I hope you find inspiration, motivation and help in me. I will be posting my progress, my knowledge, my tips, my ways. Take what you can from it :)
